What is a pink slip?
A pink slip is the common name for a NSW eSafety inspection. It checks whether an eligible light vehicle is roadworthy before registration renewal.
Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. An AIS-authorised inspector can come to your driveway, workplace car park or another suitable off-street location.
What details do I need to book?
A contact name, mobile number or email, suburb or postcode, vehicle details, and a preferred date and AM or PM window. We’ll contact you to confirm the exact time.
Is the booking confirmed straight away?
Not immediately. Choose a preferred date and AM or PM window, and we’ll contact you within minutes. Your booking is confirmed once we agree on the exact time.
What is included in the all-in price?
The all-in price is $120 and covers the mobile call-out, the pink slip inspection and the inspection report. No booking or call-out fees are added.
What happens if my vehicle fails?
You’ll receive a clear explanation and a photo report showing what needs attention. We’ll also explain the re-inspection process.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches, Parramatta, Canterbury-Bankstown, St George and the Sutherland Shire.
